The European Supervisory Authorities (ESA) has published draft technical standards setting out detailed rules on i.a. fund managers’ obligations under the ESG Disclosure Regulation in relation to the content, method and form of disclosure of ESG information.

The draft technical standards will be in consultation until 1 September 2020. Hereinafter, they will be submitted as a final report to the Commission for endorsement before coming into force which is expected to be on 10 March 2021. In the time to come, the ESA will further publish the mandatory disclosure templates for pre-contractual and periodic disclosures.

Mazanti Pulse follows the development closely and will provide an update on the details once endorsed!
